Visalia is the far end of our normal range. We work there, and we are straight with you about what that means: it is a longer run from the showroom than Clovis or Sanger, and it suits larger projects better than single-room jobs.
For a full kitchen, a whole-house remodel or a project with cabinets, counters and flooring together, the distance is immaterial — those jobs have enough days in them that travel is a rounding error.
For a single vanity swap, you are probably better served closer to home, and we will say so rather than quoting you a job that does not make sense for either of us.

Tell us what the project actually is when you call. If it is a whole kitchen or more, Visalia is no problem at all and the process runs exactly as it does in Fresno.
Design happens at the showroom — one trip, every sample on the table. Measuring and installation happen at your house.
If your project is small enough that the drive stops making sense, we would rather tell you that on the phone than waste a Saturday of yours.

Yes. Visalia is inside our normal service area and we take work in Visalia and the surrounding south Valley. Design happens at the Fresno showroom, because that is where the doors, slabs and flooring samples are.
For the design conversation, yes, and it is worth the trip. The entire point is seeing cabinet doors, countertop slabs and flooring together under one light. Measuring and installation happen at your house.
No travel surcharge for Visalia. If you are further out than our normal area we will say so plainly before quoting rather than burying it in the price.
The same family-run crew on every job. Ken designs it, measures it and walks it with you when it is finished. There is no account manager to hand you off to and no rotating subcontractor.
Lead time is driven by the cabinet line more than anything else. We order and receive cabinets before demolition starts, so your kitchen is not sitting torn out waiting on a delivery. You get a real date range at design stage.
