How a project runs
- 1. Showroom visit and consultation. Clients visit the Abby Street showroom and meet Ken Brown directly. The conversation covers how the space is actually used, timeline and budget range before any product is discussed.
- 2. Measurement and design. The space is measured and a layout is drawn. Cabinet finishes, countertop slabs and flooring samples are presented together, under the same light, and clients may take samples home.
- 3. Specification and ordering. Cabinetry is ordered, countertops are templated to the installed cabinets, and flooring installation is scheduled in sequence.
- 4. Installation. One crew works through the project in order, with a single point of contact for the homeowner throughout.
- 5. Walkthrough and adjustment. The project closes with a walkthrough in which every door and drawer is adjusted. The company's standard is that the room is turn-key on completion.
